As a speaker for the 2017 ELFA Legal Forum, we need to obtain a bit of information from you regarding your presentation. Please fill out the form below to complete your Speaker Information Profile. Some of the information on this form will be used on the ELFA Legal Forum website.

I WILL BE attending the ENTIRE CONFERENCE and will be paying my registration fee to ELFA.

I WILL BE attending the conference ONLY ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION. And I understand that I am a guest of the ELFA for any events that day (breakfast, lunch, reception/dinner and sessions); therefore, I WILL NOT be paying the registration fee. I do not plan to attend any sessions or evening activities on any other days during the conference.

V. Room Set Up

Sessions will be set classroom style, with a speaker table and/or podium in the front of the room with table and podium microphones provided. If you prefer an alternative room set up, please describe your preference below. Please understand, these are requests. The ELFA staff will do all that is possible to accomodate your request; however, sometimes hotel space is limiting.
