1.) Ensure a 1-4 grading scale is not used behind the scenes and just converted to letter grades for public view.
2.) Ensure teachers shape the decisions of the PLCs to define the minimum % weight that homework, or "practice", will still factor into the semester grade for each class. The Pro SBG administration should not force the PLC decisions.
3.) Ensure that one retake per assessment is the standard and exceptions don't become the norm.
4.) Ensure the Implementation Expectation section of the 2014/15 document is monitored and postive progress is shown or take immediate action.
