Backpack Full of Cash: A Film About The Charter School Industry
On Monday, March 12, 5:30 pm, this documentary film will be shown FREE of charge at the Mt. Pleasant H.S. Theater. Afterward a panel of educators, advocates, and special guests will offer informed perspectives and entertain questions.

This educational event reveals how powerful interests are systematically diverting taxpayers dollars directed for public education into private and charter schools. The devastating impact of the calculated privatizing of public schools is hurting our children and families here in San Jose right now.

Snacks will be provided. Doors open at 4:30 pm. View the film's trailer at http://www.backpackfullofcash.com/.
