INFORMATIVA SULLA PRIVACY
Ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del D.Lgs. 196/2003 (il "Codice Privacy"), il dr. Luca Pappalardo la dr. Fosca Giannotti, in qualità di Titolare del Trattamento, informano che i dati personali del Partecipante indicati nella domanda di iscrizione, ivi compreso l’indirizzo di posta elettronica fornito, verranno utilizzati principalmente al fine di consentirne la partecipazione al corso di Big Data Analytics per l'anno accademico 2020/2021, oltre che per l’adempimento di obblighi previsti dalla Legge. I Dati potranno inoltre essere utilizzati in futuro per informare il Partecipante circa altre iniziative analoghe.
Il trattamento dei dati avverrà mediante strumenti manuali, informatici e telematici. Il Partecipante al corso, inviando richiesta di iscrizione, presta altresì il proprio consenso alla comunicazione da parte degli Organizzatori del corso dei dati relativi a ciascun team (nomi e cognomi dei componenti, nome del team, Progetto presentato e materiali prodotti dal team) sul sito web del corso.
Il consenso al Trattamento come sopra descritto, è implicito nella partecipazione al corso di Big Data Analytics, anno accademico 2020/2021, e si intende prestato all’atto dell'iscrizione stessa. Ai sensi dell'art. 15 del Reg. EU, l’Interessato ha diritto di accesso ai dati oggetto del trattamento, compreso il diritto di riceverne una copia. Tra questi il periodo di conservazione previsto o, se non è possibile, i criteri utilizzati per definire tale periodo, nonché le garanzie applicate in caso di trasferimento dei dati verso Paesi terzi. Ove applicabili, Lei ha altresì i diritti di cui agli artt. 16-21 del Reg. EU 2016/679 (Diritto di rettifica, diritto all’oblio, diritto di limitazione di trattamento, diritto alla portabilità dei dati, diritto di opposizione), nonché il diritto di reclamo all’Autorità Garante.
