1. In your opinion, what should be the ideal format of the online summit?

Online / virtual summits are typically video interviews of 20 or more experts on a given topic, which viewers sign up to watch. They're often free for a short period of time, such as 24 to 72 hours, and then subscribers may choose to purchase access for unlimited viewing later. 2. What are some examples of topics, talks, and speakers that would be highly valuable for you and others?

3. How could we make the Summit more potent by integrating art / music?

4. How could we cultivate a greater sense of community / movement, peer support, and cross pollination amongst attendees (especially after the summit is complete)?

5. Access to online summits is typically free, with some participants paying to be able to access the content in perpetuity. If we decide to use this model, would you be open to paying $200-$300 for unlimited access to all of the talks? Why or why not?

It is important for us to have at least some income in order to pay Summit speakers (especially people of color) for their time and expertise.
