Start your day with us in the most centred way possible.
Vinyasa flow yoga. Vinyasa means “breath synchronized movement”, feel your breathe guide your body through your asana ( physical yoga) practice. Moving through postures in a graceful, purposeful, dance-like sequence. Yoga practice can help you shift from the chaos of the outside world into a beautiful moving meditation followed by the stillness of a soothing savasana.
All levels welcome. Hosted and Guided by Sarah with music by James and Lupini.
