CVG-TV Internal PSA Production 2019
This is a form to fill out if you want CVG-TV to produce a PSA for your department. The deadline to request a PSA production for your department is March 1st of the convention year.
All PSA production requests require Board of Director's approval.
Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) are short promotional videos that air on CVG-TV during CONvergence, on our CVG-TV YouTube Channel, and on social media such as Facebook. They should be short and engage the viewer about one or two specific topics. See some examples from the past on our page on the Convergence Events website.

What department are you requesting the PSA for?
What idea or process are your trying to communicate to CONvergence members?
Would you like to be involved in the creative process, or would you like us to present ideas to you?
We want to be involved in the entire creative process; we will provide scripts and creative guidance.
CVG-TV's creative team comes up with the ideas and we will approve them or suggest changes.
Do you have volunteers who want to be actors or crew for the video?
If so, who are they?
How much can your department contribute to the production budget?
Can you pay for props or rentals?
Who is the point of contact for the department?. This will be the person who will help answer questions and offer any revision notes on the final video. They will also sign off on final video.
