Do you agree to the Photograph & Video Release?
I
acknowledge and agree that Sa-Rang Community Church may capture
photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings in which I, my
child(ren), or accompanying individuals may appear, during the Mission trip, its preparation period, and any related activities
thereafter.
I hereby grant Sa-Rang Community
Church the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and
distribute such media for purposes related to the church’s mission,
including but not limited to promotional materials, printed
publications, presentations, websites, and social media platforms. I
understand that these materials may be used without compensation or
further approval from me.
I waive any right to
inspect or approve the final products in which I or my child(ren) may
appear, and I release Sa-Rang Community Church, its staff, volunteers,
and representatives from any liability arising from the use of these
recordings.
By signing below, I confirm that I
have read and understood the terms of this release and consent to the
use of media as described above.
