We appreciate you choosing Kidz Lounge for your party needs. To ensure the best possible experience we ask you to adhere to the following:
1. A parent or guardian of the birthday kid MUST remain on the premises throughout the party. Guests may be dropped off; in doing so, custody of their children rests on the birthday host’s parents, not Kidz Lounge.
2. We are an event company we do not offer professional salon or spa services. We do not file, cut or trim nails/cuticles or buff feet.
3. The place is only accessible for the scheduled time block. In your best interest, and the interest of other events, it is important that you arrive and vacate the party room as scheduled.
4. Please take into consideration when you book a party, you are bound to your time slot. If you arrive late, we cannot extend the end time of your party. Extra time may be added for an additional $125 for each half hour, subject to availability.
5. You may change expected counts up to 3 days before the party. We realize that getting confirmation for all of the attendees may be difficult at times but in order to have your party packaged and prepared to deliver we MUST have a final tally. You will be charged for the number of children & adults who attend or the number committed– whichever is greater.
6. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property.
7. Kidz Lounge, its employees, and associates are not responsible for allergic reactions or other medical reactions possibly caused by the menu, makeup, hair accessories, dancing, or any other activity taken place before, during, or after the celebration.    In case of liability or financial remuneration due to any possible medical reaction or accident, the responsibility lies solely on the client/party host and/or parent.    Additionally, Kidz Lounge assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents or damages that occur during a party such as staining of skin, hair, or clothing or surroundings due to the use of any products such as eye shadow, hairsprays,
colored hairsprays, glitter tattoos, crafting supplies, etc.
8. Maximum capacity is 30 Adults and 30 children. Child – starting at $35.
9. Kidz Lounge, reserves the right to use photography taken at your party in any
promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Kidz Lounge, in perpetuity, and for use by Kidz Lounge. Your participation in a Kidz Lounge event constitutes your agreement that you or your party guests will make no monetary or other claim against Kidz Lounge for the use of photographs of your child and/or party.
10. You shall notify Kidz Lounge of the Food you would be carrying / ordering on the day of the event. However, NO alcoholic beverages of any kind or illegal substances are allowed.
11. There will be an additional cleaning charge of $95 for all foods except Pizza, Heros, Sandwiches and Salads.
12. You shall notify Kidz Lounge in advance of any decorations or props that you may bring / use on the day of the event to enable us plan and make appropriate arrangements.
13. Decorations and props that need to be glued or nailed anywhere will not be permitted.
14. An additional charge of $75 will be applicable should you need the place early, subject to availability.
15. Kidz Lounge accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note: Credit Cards Subject to 3.5% fee.
16. Should, for any reason, the party dates change, efforts will be made to rebook on a new date.
17. Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We must receive your deposit to secure your party date. The outstanding balance for your birthday party must be paid in full. This payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service provided.The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or failure to show up for the scheduled party. In the event of inclement weather, Kidz Lounge reserves the right to cancel the party and parents have the option to reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a refund.
18. You may arrive 5-15 minutes early (depending on the package). Our staff will assist you with setting.
19. As a friendly reminder, we recommend that parents socialize in the Parents Lounge
and let the kids enjoy our facility.

By clicking the submit button indicates that I have read and understand Kidz Lounge policies, and that I agree to the payment structures, deadlines and restrictions outlined therein. I also recognize that some of the activities involve inherent risks, and I agree to assume any and all liability that may be associated with hiring Kidz Lounge to conduct activities at my event.

If contract is not submitted and returned before arrival, you will be required to sign it upon check- in.
