10 am to 3:30 pm

The show is limited to vendors who are members of the Ottawa Specialty Food Association. To become a member of the OSFA, please fill out the registration form at:

There is space for 25 vendors inside the hall. Deadline for vendor registration is March 12th, 2014

Pricing - The cost is $100 (+ $13 HST, for a total $113.00) per table for the day, (10am thru 3:30pm), setup starting at 8:30am.

Tables - Standard 6' x 2.5' tables will be provided if requested. One Vendor per table. Sharing of of tables is not permitted. Space is very limited. Your space must not extend out into the aisle as it impedes traffic. Tear down is not to occur before the show ends at 3:30.

No Shows - Your table must be completely setup by 10am. Late comers will be considered to be a 'no show', you will not be allowed to participate and you will not receive a refund.

How to Apply:

1. Read the information below about cost to participate, table size, vendor selection, etc.

2. Fill out the online application below. The initial application deadline is end of day, March 5th. The applications will be reviewed at that time and acceptance notifications ( aka invoices :) ) sent out via email shortly thereafter.

3. If you receive an acceptance email, then your Interact e-Transfer payment must be received by end of day March 12th.

Make your payment via Interact e-Transfer to <b>roman@osfa.ca</b>.
<b>Please set the answer to the secret question to be 'food2014' </b> (without the quotes).
it would be greatly appreciated if you could put your invoice number in the message section of the eTransfer.

If we don't receive your payment, we will assume you are no longer interested in participating and we will re-assign your spot. Receipts will be issued once we process your payment.

4. Table placement. If you have any requests as to where you'd like to be placed (or who you'd like to be placed next to), please fill out appropriate box below. We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot make any promises.
