Am 25.+26.7. findet unser jährliches Sommerfest - Klinik unter Palmen - statt. Es ist unser größtes Vereinsfest, letztes Jahr waren über den Tag verteilt mehr als 500 Personen anwesend.
Es wird wieder Konzerte und Performances und Kinderprogramm geben, dieses Jahr kommen auch Lesungen dazu und ihr habt natürlich auch die Gelegenheit euch künstlerisch einzubringen.
Was das Fest auch braucht sind viele Personen die verlässlich mithelfen und dafür haben wir diese Umfrage gestaltet. Sie dient dazu einen Überblick zu bekommen wer wann Zeit hat und sich was vorstellen kann.
Keine Sorge wenn ihr noch nicht wisst was genau die Aufgaben der jeweiligen
Positionen sind, wir werden euch vorab kontaktieren und Rücksprache mit euch halten. Ihr werdet auch nicht an jedem Tag eingeteilt werden, sondern wir versuchen natürlich die Aufgaben fair zu verteilen.

Our annual summer party - Klinik unter Palmen - will take place on 25th + 26th July. It's our biggest assosiation event, last year more than 500 people attended throughout the day.
There will again be concerts and performances and a children's programme, this year there will also be readings and of course you will also have the opportunity to get involved artistically.
What the festival also needs is a lot of reliable helpers, which is why we have created this survey. It serves to get an overview of who has time and when and what they can imagine.
Don't worry if you don't yet know exactly what the tasks of the respective positions are, we will contact you in advance and consult with you. You will not be assigned to every day, but we will of course try to distribute the tasks fairly.
