香港非洲中心 Africa Center x Agewhale: 非洲文化體驗 Afro-Fusion Cultural Experiences

香港非洲中心和Agewhale很高興為您介紹我們創新的合作計劃，為跨代家庭和照顧者提供獨特的非洲文化體驗，增進跨代關係和支援家庭照顧者。

我們提供兩個精彩的體驗：

1. 「節奏體驗」：特別適合跨代家庭或尋求放鬆的照顧者。這個充滿活力的體驗包括非洲鼓樂、非洲舞蹈，以及非洲-中國融合美食，讓大家創造美好愉快的回憶，促進聯繫。包含的活動：

  • 非洲鼓樂：由技術精湛的導師帶領的節奏打擊體驗。
  • 非洲舞蹈（配合太極元素）：隨著非洲舞蹈的節拍移動，並融合獨特的太極動作。
  • 非洲-中國融合美食：品嚐結合非洲與中國風味的美食，完成您的節奏之旅。

2. 「和諧體驗」：專為需要平靜和反思空間的照顧者而設。這個體驗提供非洲藝術創作、故事分享環節，以及非洲-中國融合美食。我們希望為照顧者提供一個寧靜的空間，助他們放鬆身心，找到內心的平靜。包含的活動：

  • 非洲藝術創作：探索由非洲傳統啟發的藝術創作，促進情感表達。
  • 故事分享環節：分享和傾聽故事。我們採用「靈魂塑造」的方法，分享各人的經歷。
  • 非洲-中國融合美食：以非洲和中國融合美食結束您的和諧體驗。

我們期待透過這些獨特的體驗，慶祝文化多樣性和加強家庭的聯繫，亦為照顧者提供放鬆的時光！

Africa Center Hong Kong and Agewhale are thrilled to introduce our Afro-Fusion Family Care Experiences, a unique collaboration designed to support family caregivers and enhance intergenerational connections through African cultural experiences.

We offer two exciting experiences:

1. "Rhythm Experience": Perfect for intergenerational families or caregivers seeking joyful moments. This energetic experience includes an African Drumming Circle, African Dancing, and African-Chinese fusion cuisine. It's an ideal way to create lasting memories and have fun together, fostering unity and joy across generations. Activities Included:

  • African Drumming Circle: Engage in a rhythmic drumming experience led by skilled instructors.
  • African Dancing (+ Tai Chi Dance): Move to the beat with African dance and a unique fusion of Tai Chi movements.
  • African-Chinese Fusion Food & Drinks: Indulge in a delightful blend of African and Chinese flavors to complete your rhythmic journey.

2. "Harmony Experience": Tailored for family caregivers needing calmness and reflection. This experience offers African art sessions, storytelling, and African-Chinese fusion refreshments. It provides a serene space for caregivers to unwind and find inner peace. Activities Included:

  • African Art Session: Explore artistic expression inspired by African traditions to promote emotional well-being.
  • Storytelling: Share and listen to captivating stories celebrating culture and fostering connections. We apply a ‘SoulCrafting’ approach as a collaborative timeline exercise to share encouraging experiences.
  • African-Chinese Fusion Food & Drinks: Conclude your harmonious experience with a fusion of African and Chinese cuisine.

We look forward to celebrating cultural diversity, providing caregivers with a time to relax, and strengthening family connections through these unique experiences!
