Sunset Rooftop QT Yoga Class 7/29 RSVP
A Queer & Trans Yoga class on a rooftop over sunset, offered by Heart (@transyogateacher on IG). Tuesday, July 29th at 7:30 pm on a private rooftop in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The class is gentle and beginner friendly with plenty of modifications offered. 

Class is donation-based; suggested $10-25, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Venmo @transyogateacher. Please only include emojis in the payment description :) 

The exact location will be sent out prior to the class upon receipt of payment.

Please bring your own mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.

Waiver: I understand that yoga includes physical movements and breathing practices, as well as an opportunity for relaxation and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the teacher. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages that may be incurred through participation. 

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in these activities. In addition, I will make the teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical considerations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Heart Gardener.
