How far are you willing to drive from your home to work a camp? **Please expect that you will drive approximately 20-30 minutes to each camp assigned. *
The further you are willing to drive, the better chances you have of being hired. A travel stipend may be given for over 20 miles driven one direction to a camp and for excessive tolls if that is the only efficient route.

Cross Cheer has two types of camps offered. 

Type 1: Preschool Camp (ages 3-5): Introduction to skills but heavier concentration on taking care of campers needs. Coach skills needed: Lots of patience! Enjoying their adorableness! 

Type 2: Elementary Camp (ages 5-12): More concentration on skills and taking instruction up a notch. 

We pray you are open and joyful to work with any age group assigned to the glory of God because He has placed you there for a reason. But, we would like to know which age group you prefer most! Please write Preschool or Elementary indicating your top choice.

Select any camp weeks you absolutely CANNOT work due to vacations, cheerleading camp, another job, etc: *
Camps are usually Monday - Thursday, 9am-Noon (AM) and 1:30-4:30pm (PM). Coaches should plan to arrive up to 45 minutes early for camp and stay 15 minutes late. Coaches who are available most weeks of summer have a higher chance of being hired. Please check your school cheerleading, work and vacation calendar prior to completing this question. You can submit your application to the best of your knowledge today and edit these dates by the application deadline (March 31st) if needed.

How did you hear about this job with Cross Cheer? *
Would you be interested in being a chaplain for our coaches? We are seeking for someone to partner with us in prayer and reach out to our coaches every other week with a word of encouragement and letting them know you are praying for them. *
Would you be interested in being our Operations Manager?  The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all summer camps run smoothly by being the organizational genius behind the scenes (Type A personality), communicating to coaches & churches and assisting the camp director. This person will interact with camper parents, church camp directors, coaches and company owner. A fair amount of driving will be required to visit multiple camp sites weekly and getting supplies from our storage unit in Addison, but most work is completed in the comfort of your own home. You will also work some hours on the weekends (Friday-Sunday). Training will be provided. *

We are instating a cell phone policy in which buddy coaches will put their cell phone in a secure cell bag 15 minutes before camp starts until 15 minutes after camp ends to ensure 100% of focus is on campers when working and being paid. *Parents will have contact numbers for our owner & head coaches to contact you in case of emergency.
