This form is for enrollment in lessons and units that start between AUGUST through OCTOBER.

Four Simple Steps to Enrollment
1. Complete the basic enrollment information. You must complete the form individual for each student.
2. Select the course, or courses, that the student is enrolling in.
3. Select your payment option.
4. Check your email within 48 hours for an invoice for your enrollment OR an email confirming your enrollment in the "enroll now, pay later" option.
