Cancellation and Refund Policies for Camps

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least two weeks before the camp start date will receive a full refund with no deductions.Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day the camp starts will incur a 30% fee of the total paid amount to cover reserved spots.No Refunds After Start: Once the camp has started, no refunds will be issued if your child attends the initial days, as their spot has already been reserved.Payment Method: All payments will be processed through Brightwheel and will be refunded using the same payment method. *
