New York City Community Garden Coalition, Partnerships for Parks, Citizens Committee for NYC, Friends of the High Line, and NYC Parks GreenThumb

During this workshop and info-session, we will discuss examples of community garden networks across NYC and how they create opportunities for greater advocacy for garden funding, resources, programming events, and positive change at both the neighborhood and city scale. Focused on the community gardens of the South Bronx--we'll offer tips for getting started, and how to define shared goals across multiple garden groups. This workshop is offered in collaboration with Friends of the High Line as part of the Community Parks Initiative.
