Balkan Goa Fanatics 2026 - Volunteers Application
Hello everyone! Thank you for you interest to build our magical gathering together. Please fill out this form so we can know more about your availability and other details.

Here are a few terms to know before you decide:

Volunteering before the festival
  • minimum 6 days before the festival starts
  • you get your ticket, 3 meals a day and refreshments during the days you work
Volunteering during the festival
  • minimum 4 days of the duration of the festival
  • you need to buy your ticket in advance (at the early bird price - 65e) and we will refund it after your work is complete
  • there are 4 shifts daily to choose from, the duration of your shift is 6h
  • You will get 3 meals a day and refreshments
After the festival
  • the cleanup after the festival will last 1-2 days so we cannot offer a full ticket if you volunteer only after the festival. However, if you choose only this option, please contact us and we will discuss a partial refund, depending on your availability.
You can choose multiple options, which means you can volunteer both before and during the festival, before and after, or during and after. If you volunteer both before and during the festival, you will work half-shift (3h) since you already earn your ticket. Some specific arrangement can be done, but please contact us regarding that in advance, and we will try to find the best fit for your availability.
