2020 Moon Wizarding Festival NonProfit Organization Application
Thank you for your interest in representing your organization at the THIRD Moon Wizarding Festival! We are thrilled you want to be a part of this magical event.

The Moon Wizarding Festival will take place on Saturday September 12, 2020 at Moon Park in Moon Township, PA. It is a not-for-profit venture/community service presented by Moon Parks and Recreation. We would like to make this festival the most incredible, magical experience this side of Hogsmead!

The day will be filled with games, costume contests, wizard wrock, trivia tournament, crafts, food, drink, a Horcrux Hunt, and of course magic!

We would like to include a service aspect to the festival, therefore, we are inviting any local NonProfit Organizations in the area who would like to participate to be a part of the fun!

The Saturn Pavilion in Moon Park will be the area where "Classes and Lectures" will be held. Themed demonstrations and talks will be held throughout the day in the pavilion with non-profit booths mixed in the vendor area.

Set-up time will be determined closer to the festival date. The festival will run time is 11:00am-5:00pm.

***JURRORED NPOs****
Since we are trying to create a certain type of "Magic" for this particular festival, NPOs wishing to participate will need to fill out the form below and then be screened. The selection process will be based on the NPOs willingness to tie their outreach to the theme of the festival.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will review your information, website, and activity ideas. We will make a decision as soon as possible to confirm your involvement.

***BOOTH INFO****
You will be provided with a 10'x10' space, unless other arrangements need to be made.

There will be no fee to participate. Rather, the non-profit must run a wizarding themed activity that ties into their mission.

For example: a local food bank might want to run a canned goods food drive, but, in order to make it wizarding themed, people will donate to the barrel that corresponds to their favorite house. At the end, the house with the most food donated is the winner! (and maybe one random person who donated wins a prize as well)

NPOs are expected to provide everything for their booth - nothing will be provided for you (tents, power cords, tables, signage and any other items you need to run your booth is your responsibility)


***CANCELLATION***
If accepted as an NPO you are expected to participate in the festival. If you need to withdraw please do so before August 1, 2019.
