Vendor & Community Participation Pricing

Participation Categories & Fees - The chamber pays the city for a license for all vendors that do not have a business license in Saratoga. 

Saratoga Chamber Members (For-Profit Businesses)

Complimentary table space for the entire series.

Saratoga Chamber Members (Nonprofit Organizations)

Complimentary table space for the entire series.

Non-Member Businesses

First event: $25

Each additional event: $75

Out-of-Town Nonprofit Organizations

$25 per event

I have read the event specifics and agree to all conditions and requirements to participate in the Saratoga Nights Series 2026.

I further agree that the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, the City of Saratoga, the event committee, and sponsors will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred, including costs to products, and equipment, or damage arising from sales or profits. 

I have liability insurance for my business and will name the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and Frank L Burrell 1937 Trust (landlord) and Portfolio Realty Mgt Inc (agents) 4020 Moorpark Avenue, San Jose CA 95117 as an additional insured.  I will provide a copy of the COI and a copy of the additional insured endorsement naming the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and Frank L Burrell 1937 Trust (landlord) and Portfolio Realty Mgt Inc (agents).
