By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Know that I, the artist reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason
By commissioning me, the client agrees they are over the age of consent, and are in compliance with US law

I only take Paypal for payment in the form of USD. AFTER I SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your given e-mail. I require FULL payment UP FRONT before I begin your commission. DO NOT send money to me any other way other than PayPal invoice. I will not start your commission until your payment is completed. (If your commission is over $100, I can take scheduled payments, but the piece will not be started until the payments are completed.)
I will e-mail confirming I have your payment and give you an estimate on when I will complete the commission.

The artist, retains any and all rights to the work(s) created.
Character rights are still retained by the respective owners, however the work itself shall remain the artist's.
Clients are not allowed to reproduce, sell, publish, auction, transfer given rights, or reprint any work(s) or work in progress images without written permission from the artist. Violations of this ToS will result in the work being removed from display and rights revoked.
The Artwork is not allowed to be altered in any way; this includes removing watermarks or signatures without The Artist's written permission. This includes red-lines, minor re-works, coloring. Any unauthorized edits/alterations shall be removed from display and the poster banned from commissioning future works and barred from the artists gallery.
The Artist is not required to provide any Photoshop, Illustrator, or SAI files. I (The Artist) am not obligated to keep the finished pieces in possession. It is up to The Client to save the final image.
Clients are required to give credit to the artist if any commissioned work is posted for display. Failure to properly credit will result artwork removal and the piece be reported stolen.
Any "Work in Progress" or WIPs sent to the client are not to be uploaded or edited.
If you are going to commission me for a gift for a friend, you MUST have permission from the person. For example, if you are going to have your friend's character and yours together
. :Commission Process:.
All communication is to be done through email, except for WIP notices which may be given through notes, emails, social media communication, etc.
Commission edits are done during the sketch phase. Before the process continues, I always send a sketch for the commissioner's approval. Once you receive the sketch from me it is expected of the commissioner to fully analyzed the picture to make sure I have everything right .Any later changes that you may have in the line art phase will result in a fee.
Any large or excessive changes may cost extra, at my the artist's discretion. Please contact the artist ASAP with any possible changes.
If no general pose is agreed upon in the initial email, the artist will take creative license.
If a client is displeased with the pose given, the artist is not required to make changes without compensation.
Fully completed images are not up for revision or free edits unless it falls under the following circumstances:
* The artist has made an oversight on the work
* It is within 5 days of the artwork being completed
Private commissions/Rushed works are available for an additional fee. Contact the artist for details.
Communication about the work commissioned will be between the artist and the client only. Even if other characters are involved, only the person involved in making the order itself will be contacted.
Clients must have one of the following materials to place an order:
*An actual reference sheet
*very detailed description
*multiple images of characters/concepts
Please Keep emails to a minimum and about the work commissioned. Do not send short, random messages or anything not pertaining to the work.

.:Refund Policy:.
If for whatever reason you wish be refunded, and I have not made any progress whatsoever, you are refunded in full. But if I have sketched the picture already, as a precaution to avoid any complications, you get half of your money back. The money I keep is for the time I spent on the commission. No exceptions.
In the event that the artist cancels a commission due to breach of TOS or in the case of a hostile, immature, inappropriate, or negligent client, said client will receive 20-50% of the initial fee.
Fully completed work is not eligible for a refund.
client must have a legitimate reason to request a refund (buyer’s remorse is not a valid reason, and may be subject to a fee if canceled).
Any amount over the quoted price shall be considered a tip and will not be subject to any sort of refund.
