Developing grant proposals is no simple task. Hours of work go into developing the research plan, contextualizing that research plan in the established literature, and building partnerships and collaborations, among other grant development tasks. After all that work, receiving a decline letter can be challenging. What steps should you take now that the proposal has been declined? Should you revise and resubmit for the next funding cycle? Should you consider a different funding opportunity? In this session, a distinguished panel of senior scholars at Emory University will share their experiences in turning grant proposal setbacks into success.
