We want to know what you've been up to since you graduated from BHMS! Please fill out this brief form to update your alumni record and to help our ongoing effort to build a robust and supportive alumni community. It should take you less than 5 minutes.

Please know you are always welcome to stop by and visit us! We'd love to see you and hear how you've been doing.
