Thank you for your interest in applying for the New Crunchy City Maid Cafe at Crunchyroll Expo Australia 2022! We are so happy that you would like to volunteer your services to our event.

Before applying please take note of the following:
1. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
2. All applicants can apply to be either a Maid or Butler
3. You must be available to work on the dates 17 and 18 of September, 2022
4. You must have time on weekends to attend training sessions leading up to the event
5. This is strictly a volunteering position

Training
Maid & Butler Training will be provided for all successful applicants which will be delivered online and in person. In person training will be held every Sunday from Aug 21st until the event.

Training sessions will cover (but not limited to) the following:
• Learning basic Japanese Phrases
• Food Service
• Entertaining Customers
• Safety Induction
You will be informed of training session times and locations on successful application.

Uniforms
All Maids will have their uniforms supplied by Crunchyroll. Butler uniforms will not be supplied.
Benefits – for volunteering to be part of the team, you will also receive:
• Weekend access to Crunchyroll Expo Aus
• Free lunch vouchers during the expo weekend
• Crunchyroll vouchers (Emailed to you after successful completion of the event)

You understand that at this event or related activities you may be photographed. You agree to allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.

During the event you are representing Crunchyroll and pop culture fandom in general. Without you, events like these are not possible and we understand that it can be stressful at times. Please remain helpful and friendly and contact your volunteer coordinator at any stage where you feel unable to assist. Your well being is of utmost importance to us and we want everyone to have a good time.
