Let's make a couple of things clear for everyone's benefit.

By applying for membership in Alpine Polimi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Association’) , I acknowledge and agree that:

Nature of the Association:

The Association does not provide professional instruction, teaching, coaching, or certified training of any kind.
Any activities, events, meetings or gatherings organized by the Association are voluntary, informal, and non-professional in nature.

Personal Responsibility:

I understand that my participation in the Association’s activities and events is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
I confirm that I am solely responsible for my own health and safety when attending any activity or event organized or promoted by the Association.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my own abilities, limits, and health conditions before participating in any activity.

Injuries, Damages, and Third-Party Liability:

I understand that participation in events may involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or property damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable European and national laws, I agree that the Association, its board members, organizers, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for:
- personal injuries or health issues,
- loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
- damages caused to third parties, arising from or connected to my participation in Association activities.
I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for any damage or harm I may cause to other participants or third parties during Association activities.

Insurance

I understand that the Association does not provide personal accident insurance, health insurance, or third-party liability insurance for members.
I am aware that it is my responsibility to ensure I have appropriate personal insurance coverage, if desired.

Legal Limitations

Nothing in this declaration is intended to exclude or limit liability in cases where such exclusion is not permitted by law, including cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Acceptance

By submitting my membership application, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this declaration,
I accept these terms freely and knowingly,
I agree to take full responsibility for my participation in the Association and its activities.
