HEY JADE & SAPPHIRE!! Get ready for a fun day at the park, fill out this form to officially register for our very FIRST in person Sapphire & Jade Palooza!!! 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🫧💧🌳

SaJa Palooza Details:
WHERE: At Marina Bay Park in Richmond near the parking lots
WHEN: June 27th @ 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
WHY: Palooza is our very first district event where we'll be cleaning up the park, having icebreakers, fun games & activities + DB dares!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registration is due on June 20 by 11:59 PM.

MEMBERS & CHAPERONES:
You will use this form to officially register for SAJA Palooza, either as a student or chaperone. Chaperones will be assigned to a group of 10 students or fewer through a spreadsheet that will be shared with the email used to fill out this form.
