2024-2025 College/Adult Group Visit Request Form
Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to UCR ARTS! If you would like to book a tour for a middle or high school group, please complete the School Visit Request Form.

Please complete this form to request an adult or college/university group visit for October 1, 2024-January 31, 2025. 
Self-guided visits can be requested for Thursday-Friday, 12pm-5pm or Saturday-Sunday, 11am-5pm. 
Docent-led tours can be requested for Tuesday-Friday, 9am-5pm or Saturday-Sunday, 11am-5pm.

Please note that group visits must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Your group visit is not booked until you receive a confirmation email.
  • Tour of Digital Capture (1 hour) - $75
  • Tour of Digital Capture + Archives (2 hours) - $175
  • Self-guided tour - free
Important: UCR requires a Certificate of Insurance and Indemnification Form from outside college/universities and organizations. Please send the linked requirements and form below to your organization's business or risk department. They can email the COI and Indemnity Agreement to both UC@instracking.com and risk@ucr.edu and copy steffanie.padilla@ucr.edu. Please see requirements and forms here:
