Grades Pre-K through 8
Field Day for grades Pre-K through 8 will be held from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Aston Community Center Field, or Rain Date May 20th!  We will end Field Day with an after lunch activity in school.
In order to participate, please complete the permission slip below and return it by Friday, May 3, 2019.  NO STUDENT WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP!
By signing this form, I request and give permission for my child to participate in the HFRCS Field Day, on Monday, May 13, 2019 (Rain Date May 20th) at the Aston Community Center, across the street from school, or in Degnan Hall on May 20th if both dates are rainy.  I have instructed my child as to the proper behavior and decorum of a Catholic School student outlined in the school philosophy and code of discipline. (Found on the school's website)  I release the HFRCS principal, teachers, adult volunteers, pastors, and school from any and all liability and waiver any claim against them.  I am aware that if I decline to comply, my child will not be permitted to participate in this event. *
