Contribute to our progress from Coast to Coast by entering your swim, bike, run, walk, cancer treatment hours, or the activity of your choice! Here's how to log your activity:
- The form below will capture your participant information and activity to contribute towards your team's progress.
- Activities may be logged by actual distance or elapsed time.
- For example, if you hike 7 miles, log by distance. If distance is unknown, log by time!
- Report your activity as frequently as you would like.
- DAILY: If you would like to track your activity on a daily basis, visit this link daily
- WEEKLY: If you would like to add activities for an entire week, visit this link weekly
- MONTHLY: If you would like to add your total monthly activity miles/hours, visit this link once a month.

What is the time frame of your activity tracking?
DAILY: I prefer to log my miles / hours after each activity
WEEKLY: I added up my entire week miles / hours
MONTHLY: I added up my miles / hours for the whole month

Report the distance or elapsed time of your activity:
For example, if log by "DISTANCE" and you walked 2.2 miles, please enter: 2.2 as your total. If log by "TIME" and you kayaked for 1 hour, please enter: 1.0
