Fall Transformation Accountability Group
I'm Kim Danger, a 5-Star Diamond Team Beachbody Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I want to help you achieve your weight loss, health and nutrition, and overall fitness goals this fall!
I am looking for a select group of people that would like private mentorship in getting REAL fitness results this fall. Whether your goal is to drop 20 pounds before the new year or gain muscle, I'm here to support you. Our groups take place in Facebook in a closed (private) group setting. You can expect recipes, menu planning resources, workouts, peer support, and daily accountability posts. Coaches check in daily to answer your questions.
If you don't have a fitness or health program in mind yet--- no worries! I can match you with the best one suited to your goals, time constraints, interests and habits. I highly recommend focusing on clean eating as well as fitness, as what you eat will get you 75-80% of your overall results. You can follow your own eating plan if you wish, or use one of the plans provided.
NO LURKERS IN THE GROUP / ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK-INS REQUIRED.
Serious applicants only. In order to participate, you must commit to:
--> Naming a goal and adding it to our spreadsheet
--> Creating a progress album within our group
--> Participating in the group
--> Posting updated stats (weight, measurements, etc.) weekly

My groups are FREE for my clients that have Beachbody on Demand and are committed to a program. There is a free 14-day trial available if you want to try before you buy.
