Terms of Service
Volunteers are expected to adhere to the event's code of conduct/anti-harassment policy. Everyone will be asked to read and confirm our policy at the time of ticket registration. Please review our policy here:

Volunteers are expected to be on-site for the duration of the show, and commit to 5 to 6 hours of volunteer service per day. Volunteers agree to be available to serve between the days/hours of Saturday, August 17th from 14:00 on Saturday until Monday, August 19th at 22:00pm. Some volunteers will be asked to arrive earlier, depending on their volunteer position. This will be clarified in the acceptance emails.

Orientation on Saturday at 14:00 is mandatory.
