The General Union has sued Yamaguchi Gakuen to return the salary and benefits of our member and Vice Chair of Schools after her return from maternity leave in 2018. We've held multiple leafletting actions and have filed 2 complaints with the
Osaka Prefectural Labor Commission. Now its time for court. All members are welcome to come support their fellow union member by attending the audience of the court.
ゼネラルユニオンは、2018年の産休復帰後の組合員兼学校副委員長の給与と福利厚生の回復を求めて山口学園を提訴しました。これまでに複数回のビラ配りを行い、大阪府労働委員会に2件の救済申し立てを行ってきました。今度は裁判です。全ての組合員の皆さんが裁判の傍聴に来て仲間の組合員を支援することを歓迎します。
