Dear Burn Fund Supporter,

We are looking for help with the Blue Skies 2020 Canadian Burn Survivor Conference!

Dates: May 20 - 23, 2020
Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel

As a token of appreciation for your support, we will waive your registration fee for one day if you are able to volunteer for one full day in return. Please fill-out the below form to confirm your support.
