The goal of this survey is to gather and analyze Isla Vista rental data in order to use it to create change and influence policy to limit the dramatic increases in rent. Please fill this out so that the EVPLA, IVTU, the Blum Center, and other organizations can better advocate and meet the needs of Isla Vista residents.
