Google Workspace security update
Google has announced:
We’re releasing a security update which will apply to some Drive files. This will make Google Drive files more secure by updating their links and may lead to some new file access requests. While we recommend that you apply the update, Google Workspace admins can choose how this update is applied in your organization.
Before July 23, 2021, Admins should choose how the security update is applied for their organization.
What does this all mean and how will it impact your business?
I will host a collaborative online group session on Thursday 15th July at 12:30pm to work through the implications on this major change before the 23 July deadline.
Are you the administrator of your Google Workspace (previously G-Suite) or an end user?
I'm the admin for the account
I'm an end user
Are you interested in participating in a collaborative group session to work through these changes and the impact on your business and files?
Please note this session will be free for current WFA program members, there will be a small investment of $15.00 for non-members.
