Non-Food Pitches are:  large 6m by 6m or small 3m by 3m.

If you are staying on site this will need to include your tent/ accommodation.  There may be some leeway with depth if you are staying on small pitches.

Food Pitches: We have a flat rate for food traders units/stalls and do not allow multiple stalls or extensions to your unit as booked here. 
Pitch sizes are 10m by 10m. This needs to include all hoardings. If you are staying on site this will need to include your tent/ accommodation .

For food traders, please give the overall depth (front to back) you need, including any space you require behind your stall for vehicles etc. Maximum 10M
Power Supply *
If you require a power supply it must be ordered in advance. 

We do not allow the addition of extra unplanned cables or supplies as they can loading problems, and may result in fines OR EVEN EXCLUSION FROM THE SITE.

A 32A three phase supply MAY be available - let us know ASAP if you would require one.
CRF Volunteer Discount *
Please tell us if you have worked at the CRF before - which years and in what capacity (steward, bar, etc).
Availability of Trader Docs *
All of the following documents are mandatory for ALL vendors and stall holders and should be sent to us immediately with your payment should we give you a provisional approval. 

Please confirm these documents are available Now.
If you believe that they may be delayed or are not required please email us.

At the latest (and only by prior agreement) they must be with us one week before the festival commences and if not provided you will NOT be allowed to trade and NO refunds will be issued.

Please email a good quality picture of your stall, should you be successful we will use this on our social media pages, website, and Newsletters.

Food vendors please also send the menu and prices that you propose to offer. 

Food prices must be displayed during the Festival.

Please note that we endeavour to ensure that multiple vendors do not offer the same products - this is in the interests of all vendors. We need this to process your application.

A pitch map showing the position of your trailer/tent and any seating would also be useful.
