LMSA+ Pre-Health Conference RSVP Form
Thank you for your interest in attending the UCR Latinx Medical Student Association Plus (LMSA+) Pre-Health Conference! The conference will take place on April 2nd and 3rd from 9:00AM to 2:30PM PST. The conference will include presentations on health inequities within our communities, provide insight on the path to medical school, MCAT information, a suturing workshop, as well as medical student and admissions team panels.

***URGENT ACTION***
The UCR LMSA+ Annual Pre-Health Conference will be featuring a virtual suturing workshop led by the US Army on Day 1 of the Conference, April 2nd. They have graciously offered to send each student who wishes to participate in the suturing workshop a free suture kit mailed to their address.  
-  If you would like a free suture kit mailed to you, please fill out this RSVP form by SATURDAY, MARCH 5TH by 11:59 pm.
- If you would NOT like a free suture kit, then please have this RSVP form filled out by MARCH 31ST by 11:59 pm.

Before the conference, an email will be sent out including the itinerary, possible MCAT giveaway information, and the ZOOM links for each day. If you have any questions regarding the conference, please do not hesitate to contact us at lmsaucrprogramming@gmail.com.
