Participants: Incoming 7th-12th grade boys and girls athletes 

Where:   Texan Stadium/Field House

When: The Speed and Strength Camp calendar can be found on the school website. The camp will be Monday-Thursday for six weeks this summer. Week 1: June 3-6, Week 2: June 10-13, Week 3: June 17-20, Week 4: July 8-11, Week 5: July 15-18, Week 6 for HS Girls and JH Boys/Girls: July 22-25, Week 6 for HS Boys: July 29-Aug. 1

Time:    Group 1- 9th-12th HS BOYS AND HS GIRLS 7:30-9:30am. Group 2- JH BOYS AND JH GIRLS 9:15-10:45am

Fee:    $125 for summer if paid by May 24th, $160 for summer if paid after May 24th, or $40 per week if you would like to pay weekly. Family discount- $125 (if paid by May 24th, $160 if not) for first, $50 each child after 

Dress:    Shorts, Running Shoes/Cleats, T-Shirts (We include one after two weeks of camp attendance.)

Description:   The basis of this camp will be to improve the overall athlete, both males and females. As a part of the camp, athletes will perform strength, speed, stabilizing, and agility exercises on a daily basis to improve performance, prevent injury, and build sportsmanship. The instructors will reinforce proper technique in a motivational environment to enhance the experience of each athlete. Progressive strength, speed, and agility will be stressed to help prepare athletes for all sports.

 We look forward to helping our Texan athletes reach their full potential during this summer’s TEXAN SPEED and STRENGTH CAMP.
