A Health and Safety Plan and Covid Protocols will be required to be supplied to NEC Christchurch prior to your event. You will also need a H&S Officer appointed. The Safety Plan must include how your organising committee intend to keep volunteers, riders & visitors safe preparing and during your event, including use of Mule, Tractor & other NEC Equipment. The ESNZ H&S and Covid Guidelines are available on the NEC website. Events, Clinics & Camps must meet any ESNZ standards & procedures to keep all users safe. *
