You may choose one of the two options below. Please read the description for each to see what option is right for you.

Full Members- This option is for:

-A person who identifies as disabled and is directing one of more of their services or a family member who is supporting their disabled family member to self-direct one or more of their services.

-Any persons or organizations who provide services that recognize individual freedom, and individual authority, promote choice in control over how services are provided, and do not support or endorse congregate services for people with intellectual disabilities.

NOTE: Full members are eligible to vote and sit on the Board or serve on a committee.

Associate Members- This option is for:

-Any person or organization aspiring to offer person driven support per the above, but not currently offering said support.

-Any individual, company, organization, or association in a support field, including but not limited to; medical suppliers, contractors, fitness centers, etc., may join as an Associate Member.

NOTE: Associate Members are not eligible to vote, sit on the Board or serve on a committee.
