We are collecting food for local food pantries during the month of July in the Minsi Trails Council area. This area includes the PA counties of Carbon, Lehigh, part of Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton and also Warren NJ. While we are keeping this to our service area, and Minsi Trails is hosting our web information, this is not the regular Scouting for Food collection. We are seeking help from the community to make this collection a success.

In addition, we have a need for other types of help, including:
- collection organizations that will host a bin for the public to drop off items CLICK HERE
- volunteers to help advertise, pickup, sort, and distribute the collected items

- Local pantries that will accept our collected items and distribute to the people who need it
