Payment information and a copy of the terms and conditions will be sent with your confirmation email. SPRING TERM permit sales begin March 1st, and we will begin processing permits for mail delivery at that time. Student commuter permits are valid for the duration of one term and payment is due within 30 days of purchase. Invoices will be sent via email to the address provided here. Payment information and a copy of the terms and conditions will be sent with your confirmation email. Once your permit has been issued, the primary vehicle on this form will be granted permission to park for 14 days on campus while you wait for your new permit to arrive in the mail. If you do not receive your physical permit before your temporary expires, please contact our office for assistance at parking@pdx.edu.
