100 Homes in 1,000 Days is an initiative of Advocacy To Legacy, Habitat for Humanity North Central CT and Phillips Health Ministry, to empower individuals and families of the Greater Hartford community to own their own homes by providing education and resources. INTERESTED IN OWNING A HOME?  Register here to learn more.

COHORT # 4 SCHEDULE: Classes will be held at Phillips Metropolitan CME Church 2500 Main Street, Hartford, CT 06120.  The first class is  Saturday March 1, 2025 from 10am - 12pm.  All sessions are 2 hours EXCEPT Saturday, March 8, 2025  which is a mandatory 8-hour 1st Time Home Buyer Class @ 9am - 5pm. The remaining 3 sessions run 2 hours each on Saturdays (March 15, March 22, March 29 )  from 10am - 12pm.

Participants attending all 5 sessions will be provided with an incentive at their home closing.
