2023 Lesson Rules

This form is required in order to take lessons at RR.

All riders must have a liability waiver on file before riding at RR. *

I understand.

All riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet. Exception: signed helmet waiver on file. *

I understand.

All visiting horses to RR must have an up to date coggins and KY health certificate. *

I understand.

When hauling to shows - one fee is owed if just hauling/coaching, two fees are owed if hauling/coaching and using RR horse. Fee is same as your lesson fee. *

I understand.

Any dogs brought to RR must be on a leash.

No smoking at RR barn. *

I understand.

No playing in bedding or hay. *

I understand.

All spectators must watch lessons from the stall 1-10 side of the barn or past the feed room on the stall 11-15 side of the barn.

Do not feed any horses at RR without the owner's permission. *

All RR horses and haul in horses are to be treated with respect and well cared for. *

Lesson cancellations will be posted in Rogers Riding Group on Facebook.

Contact Hayden by 8 am the day of your lesson if you will not be able to attend. If contact is not made by 8 am the day of or you do not show up to your lesson, you will owe RR for your lesson. *

If you arrive at RR 15 or more minutes late for your lesson, your lesson will be a ground lesson and only go until your assigned time.

There will be no bullying tolerated at RR. After the first incident, you will receive a warning. If there is an incident after the warning, you will be removed from lesson schedule.

We reserve the right to add, remove or amend any of the rules and agreement is required to remain a client of RR. Notification of rule amendment will be sent to primary contact below. *
