Thank you for your interest in this course, which will cover more advanced topics (than the introductory course) such as forgiveness, self-forgiveness, limiting beliefs, pain, sickness, addictive behavior, and mindful relationships. It is preferred that you have an ongoing mindfulness practice of at least a few months before you register to this course.
