Carry forward allows to re-use inspection results including recommended actions when the tech doesn't do a thorough inspection on a subsequent visit
Carry Forward requires the tech or SA to specify recommended actions no matter whether there was a recommended action at the previous visit
Carry Forward requires the SA to activate previously taken pics/videos, otherwise only the newly created ones appear
If the vehicle is stuck in "Waiting for Inspect" the timestamps and "Conditions Re-Inspected and confirmed" won't be added to the inspection results
This feature is switched on by default so the SA has to pay attention from the start
If an edited picture is carried over from the previous inspection, it counts as edited picture for the current visit
