Rum Sustainability Survey
The rum sector is at the forefront of being exposed to the effects of climate change and other environmental challenges. At the same time society expects businesses to act sustainably. How do rum producers (producers, distillers, private labels) overcome these challenges simultaneously struggling in a post pandemic and a global economic recession?

Three main questions come into play in this survey:

1) What is the current status of the rum sector in the post pandemic, recession driven global market?
2) Which specific sustainability actions is the rum industry already undertaking and how can it further improve its sustainability practices?
3) Which are the main challenges, and is there any overlap cross borders?

Your input is most valuable to understand these dynamics, forecast trends and the needs for the rum sector to become  the leading sustainable spirit category.
