Kapiti Annual Fast 5's Summer Tournament 2021

Please complete the form below to register your team for the Kapiti Summer 5's tournament by Thursday 14th January. We will be in touch on the 15th January to confirm whether your entry has been successful (if necessary priority will be given to higher level teams) with which we will expect a deposit of $100 paid that evening. Games will be held at the Kapiti Hockey turf on Saturday 20 February 2021 (all day event) - starting at 9am to 7.30pm. Spaces are limited to six Men's and six Women's teams only. Please ensure you make all payments on time with no chasing. Non payment, may result in others being offered your position. Entries are strictly, first in first served.

Please note: Mike Ward (junior club) is looking to set up some playing opportunities the week evenings prior for the various age groups including a family night/Yr 5-6/Yr 7-8/College/Family Nights. More info will be released soon.
