MEDLIFE Spring 2019 DeCal Application
MEDLIFE is a nonprofit organization that sends volunteers to different countries around the world to assist with medical mobile clinics, education, and community development in low income areas. By applying to UC Berkeley's chapter, you will have the chance to partake in this opportunity!

The upcoming brigade will be during summer break (usually a week or so after summer break begins). Will you able to attend this brigade? *
The mandatory DeCal will be Tuesday evenings, from 6-8 PM. Will you be able to attend these meetings? *
Without any fundraising, the APPROXIMATE cost of a 2 week brigade is $3500 (including flights, room, food, and pocket money). If this is the final price of the trip, are you willing and able to pay it? *
