We kindly ask you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as time slots may be shared with other guests. Parties arriving more than 5 minutes late will miss portions of the tour.

Reservations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to availability and will be refunded if we are unable to accommodate you. Cancellations must be requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, refunds may be considered in specific situations, particularly when related to unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control, provided these are communicated and explained when possible.
